Gorrell Hughes Capital, LLC (“GHC”), a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in workforce housing, has announced the acquisition of a two-property multifamily portfolio in Southwest Missouri. The portfolio includes Sunset Woodland Apartments, a 177-unit community in Springfield, and Excelsior Gardens Apartments, a 104-unit property located in nearby Ozark.
